Each participant must raise or donate a minimum of $15 to be eligible to participate in the event.  To be distributed within 45 days after the event. $50 Visa Gift Card awarded the day of the tournament to each member of the team that raises the most money!!!!!

Tournament Registration Checklist: Only the Team Captain (or parent/guardian of Team Captain) fills out all information in the online registration form (ONCE PER TEAM). Each team member must print out St. Jude Fundraiser Form/Waiver. Each team member should follow instructions on the Fundraiser Form to collect money (a minimum of $15.00 per player). Have waiver signed by parent/guardian for each team member (this must be signed and turned in at the tournament). Money collected along with signed Waivers/Fundraiser Forms for entire team should be turned in at once when the Team Captain checks in on the day of the event.
